2. Subscription Cancellations

Housing societies may choose not to renew their subscription at the end of their current billing cycle (Monthly or Annual). Data exports will remain accessible prior to account expiration.

3. Refund Requests

Refund requests for paid subscriptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of payment. For billing questions or assistance, please contact our support desk.
