1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using SocietyHub ERP (developed by Shakya Infotech Solutions), housing society administrators, RWAs, and residents agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Subscription & Billing

SocietyHub ERP is provided on a subscription basis (Monthly or Annual). Housing societies are responsible for timely subscription renewals to maintain uninterrupted cloud portal access.

3. User Responsibilities

Society administrators are responsible for maintaining accurate member records, setting valid maintenance bill rates, and ensuring proper authorization for committee access credentials.
